Chalco Eleven manufactures its own multi-core subsea Cable which has outer sheathing of polyurethane and specially formulated water blocking compound that fills the whole void around the cores. This not only makes the Cable more durable and able to retain its shape, if you happen to break the outer sheath, the individual cores will still be protected from sea water or external damage. The water blocking compound expands and stops water from traveling up the Cable. The Cable can then easily be recovered. Our Cables are used for medical, telemetry, power, signal, audio, video, air dive and saturation systems. Chalco also manufactures all types of Bulkhead Penetrators for medical, telemetry, power, signal, audio, video, air dive and saturation systems. As well as molding Penetrators we can offer specially molded Cameras which are compact and robust and can be left in the water permanently or on the back deck. These are more cost effective than stainless steel or aluminium. Chalco also stock various types of subsea multi pin bulkhead In-Line or Quick Connect Connectors either ready molded or unmolded to clients criteria.
